You have 30 days to return your DROP-IN reformer, and returns are free.
How to return it
- Email us at dropinreformer@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
- We'll reply with instructions for sending it back. Return shipping is on us.
- Send it back complete: the board, the 2 platforms, the 2 resistance cords and the roller, in its packaging if possible.
Your refund
We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of you telling us. We may wait until we receive the reformer before refunding.
You can try the reformer as you would in a shop. If it comes back damaged by misuse, we may deduct that loss in value.
If it arrives broken or faulty
Email us a photo of the problem. Send it back at no cost and choose: a full refund or a new reformer.
This policy does not limit your legal rights as a consumer, such as the right of withdrawal or the legal guarantee.
